A leading global company in the iGaming sector, based in Malta, is looking for a strategic and results-oriented B2B Partnerships Lead to manage its B2B account management team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the company’s B2B relationships, contribute to growth, and strengthen its industry position.

As the B2B Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing partnership and account management activities, implementing key initiatives to enhance business performance, and improving the customer experience for high-value B2B accounts. Your leadership will play a vital role in aligning the team’s efforts with the company’s objectives, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term success.

You Will:

  • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Manage and guide a team of Senior Partnership Managers and Partnership Managers to exceed revenue targets and develop operational plans to track and achieve performance goals.
  • Maximize Revenue and Build Strong Relationships: Oversee and nurture a portfolio of tier-one operators, focusing on increasing revenue and ensuring long-term strategic partnerships with key clients.
  • Drive Strategic Negotiations: Lead complex negotiations with operators, delivering mutually beneficial deals that align with the company’s goals while maximizing ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B2B Account Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and growing B2B partnerships, particularly within the iGaming sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing high-performing teams and driving results through effective mentorship and strategic guidance.
  • Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of the iGaming industry’s commercial dynamics, with the ability to negotiate high-value deals and drive revenue growth.

Salary / Remuneration: €70,000 – €90,000 + Performance Bonus
