This Commercial Lawyer will join a top-tier firm practising across varied key practice areas. The firm has seen significant growth in a number of areas and is looking to bring on a commercial-minded lawyer who is eager to develop in multiple practise areas before deciding on where to specialise.
You will closely collaborate with a highly-esteemed Partner that will offer you strong mentorship and guidance for you to develop. The work will be dynamic and engaging, keeping you on your toes, while also allowing you to take ownership of certain areas and shape your career trajectory.
If you are good at balancing various responsibilities, keen and eager to broaden your skillset in a few select areas and want to partner with some of the top clients and top lawyers, this is an excellent opportunity to drive your career development to a new level.
You will:
- Provide legal advice in a variety of areas such as shipping, aviation, procurement and IP/TMT;
- Perform crucial legal research to advice your clients navigating dynamic and ever-changing environments;
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts as well as other legal documents required to safeguard the business;
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, external firms and senior managers.
Experience:
- Warranted Lawyer in Malta
- 2+ years PQE
- Experience in shipping, aviation, IP or public procurement will be preferred
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 40,000 DOE
