This Commercial Lawyer will join a scaling media & technology business forming part of an international group. Due to a very successful 2024, the company is expanding its legal team offering clear career development opportunities for a corporate & commercial lawyer looking to establish as an in-house counsel within the technology space.
In this role, you will be a key driver for further business growth through close collaboration with commercial teams and management, facilitating and improving commercial contracts and internal procedures. Additionally, you will be mentored by and closely collaborate with the Head of Legal, ensuring the business is safeguarded and risks are mitigated, further allowing you commercial business exposure to upskill in your career and further grow.

You will:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
- Advice management on legal topics across various fields;
- Support transactional work in collaboration with other lawyers;
- Have input on process improvement setting the company up for growth.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 2+ years PQE, corporate and commercial experience is desired
- Background from a reputable law firm or big4 is highly desired
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 50,000 – 60,000 DOE
