This company holds a significant position in Malta’s financial protection industry, operating under the umbrella of the country’s largest financial protection group. As a leader, it provides a diverse range of services, including protection, savings, investments, and other comprehensive plans.
In the role of Compliance administrator, you will have the valuable opportunity to contribute your expertise to an esteemed international company with a well-established presence. Your reporting structure will involve direct interaction with the Compliance Manager, offering a close working relationship within a dedicated team of anti-financial crime analysts.
You will:
- Manage filing systems and departmental databases.
- Prepare memos, emails, and other communications.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance team.
- Schedule meetings and record minutes.
- Assist in preparing reports and compiling statistics for senior management.
Skills/ Experience:
- AML/Compliance experience is a plus.
- Administrative or secretary experience is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary/Remuneration Package:
Depend on Experience €20,000 – €25,000 – Check out these amazing benefits that come with this job;
