Compliance and Risk Manager – Global Insurance provider

A leading provider of insurance products in Europe, offering the opportunity for international exposure and the chance to navigate the continuously evolving insurance sector.
An opportunity to position yourself as the primary contact for both external regulators and internal stakeholders, leveraging this role to drive key initiatives.
Take charge of the compliance function in this hands-on role, leading key initiatives. You will work in a collaborative setting, developing specialized expertise and progressing as a leader in compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team to provide ongoing risk and compliance support to the Head office and the branch network.
- Draft annual risk and compliance plans
- Work closely with regulatory entities and Internal stakeholders
Qualifications / Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining risk and compliance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and business operations.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor.
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance sector and applicable regulations
Salary / Remuneration: €80, 000 – €100,000
