Corporate Governance Specialist – Unique Gaming organization

Lead efforts in all Corporate governance-related functions, starting from Company registrations, account for development risks and future plans.
By building strong partnerships with leadership, you will help drive innovation, improve team coordination, and ensure alignment with the organization’s vision and priorities.

You Will:
- Company registration, incorporation – full lifecycle management.
- Assess financial and operational risks
- Communicate with directors, tax authorities and stakeholders
Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate services role, ideally working with some iGaming clients
- Ability to navigate different jurisdictional regulatory landscapes and laws
- Self-driven and managed with a go-get attitude
Salary / Remuneration:
€35,000 – €45,000
