This Corporate Lawyer role is a standout opportunity to join a powerhouse advisory firm in Malta. Known for its international network and high-performance legal team, the firm combines the pace and exposure of a Big 4 environment with the close-knit mentorship of a boutique team.
You’ll work with a wide range of businesses both local and global advising on matters across corporate and commercial law, immigration, data protection, CSP compliance, and beyond. Perfect for a lawyer who doesn’t want to specialize too early, this role offers unmatched variety and the chance to explore multiple areas of law while being guided by experienced professionals, including direct support from the Head of Legal.

You will:
- Advise clients across corporate & commercial, immigration, data protection, CSP, and employment law gaining deep insight into the legal, building a truly versatile practice.
- Take the lead in client-facing matters, commercial awareness, and ability to provide clear legal advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate critical legal documents, sharpening your precision and becoming a trusted voice in regulatory compliance and deal structuring.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal and cross-functional teams, learning to think strategically and seeing how legal input drives real business decisions.
- Engage directly with international clients, building a strong advisory presence and learning from the complexities of real-world, high-impact legal cases.
Skills / Experience:
• Warranted lawyer in Malta
• 1–3 years of legal experience, ideally in a corporate or commercial context
• Comfortable in client-facing roles
• Strong interest in corporate, commercial, and/or business advisory law
• Eager to build a diverse legal foundation
