This Corporate Lawyer will join a boutique advisory firm in Malta where you will be granted a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with, and be mentored by the Founder of the firm. The founder is ready to offer excellent development opportunities internally for you to grow with the firm.
You will be tasked with handling a variety of corporate & commercial matters as well as other legal areas such as maritime, aviation and employment law. In a dynamic environment like this, you will also be able to broaden your legal expertise making you a more all-rounded expert.
If you are eager on further developing your legal career in Malta in where you will be exposed to various legal areas and have a superb mentor to enhance your career prospects, this is a fantastic opportunity.
You will:
- Draft and review various contracts and legal agreements;
- Advise clients on various legal topics such as corporate, commercial and employment law;
- Handle incorporation of various entities in Malta for international clients;
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as MFSA, FIAU and MBR.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 1+ years PQE, legal experience in Malta is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages considered a plus)
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 40,000 DOE
