You Will:

  • Document and take minutes for board meetings.
  • Serve as a key corporate assistant to leadership.
  • Prepare and submit reports and other documentation to the Malta Business Registry (MBR).

 

Skills / Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in corporate services role
  • Strong communication skills with a proven track record of effectiveness.
  • Experience with MBR submissions is highly desirable.

 

Salary / Remuneration:

€30,000 – €40,000
