Head of Account Management – B2B iGaming

An esteemed global leader in the iGaming industry, headquartered in Malta, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Account Management to oversee and lead the B2B account management team. This executive-level role presents a unique opportunity to shape the direction of the company’s B2B relationships, drive substantial growth, and further cement its position as an industry leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all account management operations, from team leadership to key client engagement. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives, enhance business performance, and elevate the customer experience across multiple high-value B2B accounts. You will collaborate with senior leadership to set the vision, priorities, and goals for the department, ensuring that the team excels and delivers exceptional results.

You Will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Managers to achieve strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement long-term account strategies to maximize growth, retention, and profitability for B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management to align account management initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the continuous development and optimization of the account management process.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset and a focus on growth and client retention.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing high-profile accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the iGaming sector and market trends.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages are a plus.

Salary / Remuneration: €90,000 – €120,000 + Performance Bonus
