Our client is a well-established player in the financial services industry, offering a wide range of investment and advisory solutions to both individual and corporate clients. The company operates within a regulated environment and is known for its commitment to professionalism, innovation, and long-term growth.
As the Head of Risk Management, you will lead a dynamic team of 3, including a Senior Risk Officer and a Risk Officer, to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
You will:
- Lead and support a team of analysts to ensure strong performance.
- Oversee transaction monitoring to detect risks and reduce fraud.
- Prepare risk reports for the Risk Committee and Board with key findings.
- Review and approve escalated alerts and ensure proper case handling.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve risk systems and tools.
Skills/ Experience:
- MFSA Risk Officer approval eligible.
- Minimum of 4 years managerial experience in finance.
Salary/Remuneration Package:
From €70,000 onwards (depends on experience)
