You Will:
- Assist in-person customers, including intermediaries, with a variety of services, such as updating and altering client information as needed.
- Assist customers with product information and inquiries.
- Introduce new products.
- Handle customer complaints received at Regional Offices and seek resolution actively, with the option to escalate unresolved concerns through established internal channels.
Skills/Experience:
- Insurance qualifications such as CII, Dip CII will be considered as an asset
- 1-2 years of experience working in sales/customer service within insurance and/or a financial institution
- Fluency in English and Maltese
Salary / Remuneration: 23,000 – 28,000 DOE, Transport Allowance, Car Insurance Coverage, Canteen Allowance, Performance related bonus, Health and Life Insurance, Gym Allowance
