You will:
- Advise on privacy and data protection supporting the function;
- Deliver training sessions and continuously stay ahead of changing legislation;
- Advise and support the team on complex IP and other tech law topics ensuring favourable outcomes;
- Draft, review and negotiate various licensing and commercial agreements.
Experience:
- Warranted lawyer in Malta
- 2+ years PQE, Intellectual property exposure will be favourably considered
- Exposure to other technical areas such as privacy, data protection, or technical contracts experience will also be considered.
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 35,000 – 45,000 DOE
