This Junior Lawyer will join a growing team in a reputable company that has been around for over 10 years. Due to recent growth, the company is looking to expand its legal department offering tremendous growth opportunity and the chance to be exposed to iGaming.
You will report to an experienced Head of Legal and collaborate with another lawyer on a day-to-day basis. This will offer you mentorship, guidance and support as you tackle a variety of legal issues on a daily basis putting you on track to elevate your career within an in-house environment.
If you have experience drafting and reviewing agreements and feel comfortable with this, has a warrant in Malta and are eager to get a taste of the iGaming industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to start your in-house journey.
You will:
- Provide legal support to a variety of departments internally;
- Draft, review and manage contracts with external parties;
- Liaise with external counsel;
- Support with regulatory and compliance matters as required.
Experience:
- Warranted Advocate in Malta
- 1+ years PQE, experience drafting and reviewing agreements is a must
- Keen interest and willingness to learn
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 35,000 DOE
