This Legal Advisor will join a reputable business within the iGaming industry set for strong growth trajectory moving forward and a strong business plan to make it happen. At the center of this growth, the company is looking to expand its legal team, offering clear career development opportunities and dynamic exposure as you further develop your career.
You will closely collaborate with the Head of Legal and management of the group, being a key element within the commercial field as the company look to continue scaling, both being the lead for contractual matters and key involvement in negotiations. Additionally, you will have exposure in other areas such as employment law, data privacy, general corporate and transactional which will allow you a varied day-to-day as well as opportunity to enhance your legal expertise in multiple fields.

You will:
- Handle corporate & commercial transactions;
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements, leading to successful partnerships;
- Advise management on issues requiring legal input;
- Handle ad-hoc legal matters as needed within the business such as employment law, data privacy, intellectual property.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 2+ years PQE, either from law firm or advisory firm
- Expertise within general corporate & commercial law is desired
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 50,000 – 60,000 DOE
