This Legal Counsel will join a growing operator with a fantastic management team and backing as they are looking to disrupt the iGaming industry offering fantastic career development opportunities for ambitious lawyers looking to excel in their iGaming career.
As the first Legal Counsel in this particular vertical/brand, you will be entrusted with a key role reporting to the CEO and being the go-to person for any legal query, offering both a dynamic and varied role with lots of exposure, while additionally having excellent professional support from experienced lawyers overseeing other brands ensuring you learning and development.
If you are an ambitious lawyer eager to continue your development in the dynamic iGaming industry where you will both be trusted with key responsibilities in a growing brand with room for internal growth, as well as having a highly experienced team in your back to guide you.
You will:
- Provide legal advice to various departments and management;
- Draft, review and negotiate contract and commercial agreements;
- Be point of contact with external counsel when you deem necessary to use;
- Support the compliance team from a regulatory perspective when considering obtaining licenses or entering new markets.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 2+ years PQE, iGaming exposure will be preferred
- Ability to work semi-autonomously
Salary / Remuneration: Up to EUR 50,000 DOE
