This Legal Counsel will join a highly reputable operator in the iGaming industry as they are scaling up their legal department. You will predominantly be exposed to general corporate & commercial law, a skillset that will be highly beneficial for your future growth, with an emphasis on commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection, which will offer you dynamic workload and varied exposure, meaning no day is the same. You will:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
- Provide legal advice on other commercial matters related to IP, GDPR or other matters requiring legal input;
- Liaise with external counsel and authorities in foreign jurisdictions;
- Assist with corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters when required.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 2+ years PQE, exposure from a gaming company or advising gaming companies is a must
- Experience within corporate, commercial or intellectual property is a plus
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 50,000 DOE
