This Litigation Lawyer will join a highly experienced team dealing ongoingly with large commercial claims as well as civil procedure. Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking to expand its litigation team offering the opportunity for professional development.
You will form part of an experienced team and closely collaborate with a reputable Partner who are ready to offer guidance and mentorship to support your career aspirations. Additionally, you will be involved in large and complex commercial claims as well as having diverse and dynamic case load to offer you a splendid skillset to take your career to the next level.

You will:
- Handle and advise clients in complex disputes;
- Represent clients before Courts of Malta and in Arbitration;
- Provide legal advice on civil and commercial law topics;
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
Experience:
- Warranted Lawyer in Malta
- 2+ years PQE, experience in court after obtaining warrant is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 40,000 DOE
