As Risk & Fraud Manager, you will oversee a team of Risk & Fraud Analysts and AML Analysts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the compliance team.
You will:
- Lead and support a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with AML/CFT regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
- Oversee payment processor changes, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with compliance and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare concise reports on fraud trends, risk assessments, and performance for senior management.
Skills/ Experience:
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and standards.
- Proven team leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary/Remuneration Package:
