You Will:
- Prepare, review, and submit detailed reports and required documentation to the Malta Business Registry (MBR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal specialists and departments to identify solutions and effectively resolve complex client challenges, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Corporate Services or administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and client management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions.
- Experience with MBR submissions is a must, including a strong familiarity with regulatory requirements and the process for submitting documents to the Malta Business Registry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Salary / Remuneration: €30 000 – €45 000
