The organization is seeking a skilled Trust and Corporate Administrator to become an integral part of their team of 270 professionals. In the role of Trust and Corporate Administrator, the successful candidate will oversee a dynamic team, ensuring seamless branch operations and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. You Will:

  • Processing client requests for information in a timely and accurate way.
  • Actioning payments and distributions in relation to client entities.
  • Checking and understanding investments made and proposed for client entities and ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Liaising with the Client Accounting Team to ensure up to date accounting records;
  • Liaising with the Legal Department for the preparation of legal agreements;
  • Drafting minutes and ensuring client files are well maintained in an orderly fashion.

Skills/Experience:

  • Possess at least two years of experience in a comparable position;
  • Demonstrate familiarity with essential banking accounting principles, foreign operations, and cashier/front office responsibilities;
  • A Degree in Economics, Business Management or Banking and Finance will be considered as an asset.

Salary / Remuneration: €26,000 – €35,000 DOE + Performance related bonus, Health and Life Insurance, Gym Allowance
