You Will:

  • Cultivate and sustain robust connections with potential VIP customers
  • Oversee high-value accounts, guaranteeing a premium level of service
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue-maximizing opportunities
  • Address customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including CRM and marketing teams, to ensure a seamless experience for potential VIP customers
  • Deliver regular reports on the performance of VIP accounts to senior management

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German
  • Background in a comparable position within the iGaming sector
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with the capability to forge robust connections with potential VIP customers.

Salary / Remuneration: DOE + annual bonus, private health insurance, parking, flexible working hours
