You Will:
- Engage with the Board and the management team to devise and execute the company’s strategic vision for casino gaming operations.
- Offer leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Streamline and optimize processes within casino gaming to elevate efficiency and enhance the player experience.
- Enforce best practices to establish a seamless and high-quality gaming environment.
- Spearhead the expansion of casino gaming operations into new markets, taking into account regulatory compliance and cultural nuances.
- Manage the commercial department and formulate sales plans.
- Develop and execute market entry plans, evaluating risks and opportunities.
- Cultivate collaboration among various departments to attain operational synergy.
- Stay abreast of casino gaming trends and technology, driving innovation in gaming products and services.
- Work closely with the technology/development team to create and uphold cutting-edge casino gaming platforms.
- Collaborate with the CFO to effectively manage financial resources, ensuring budget compliance and profitability.
- Provide strategic input into financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to global gaming regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about changes in casino gaming laws and regulations, adjusting operational strategies accordingly.
- Identify and assess risks linked to casino gaming operations, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Enforce robust security measures to safeguard the integrity of casino gaming activities.
- Lead and cultivate a high-performance operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, unity, and innovation
Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in a COO capacity or senior operational leadership role within the land-based casino gaming industry.
- Profound understanding of global casino gaming markets, regulations, and industry trends.
- Possession of an advanced degree such as an MBA is advantageous.
Salary / Remuneration: 120,000 – 150,000 + relocation package, car, annual performance bonus.
