The Corporate Manager position is open at one of the leading organizations on the island, which is currently experiencing expansion. They are seeking a highly skilled corporate or legal professional to join their team.

This company offers a wide range of professional services, encompassing internal audit, compliance advisory, technology risk assurance, and accounting outsourcing. With a global presence across 164 countries, they specialize in navigating intricate regulatory frameworks, particularly in areas such as AML compliance, cybersecurity, and digital resilience.

You Will:

  • Oversee the Corporate & Banking Department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of work and service delivery.
  • Address client needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate transactions among team members, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise the formation of local and foreign companies, as well as the re-domiciliation of companies to/from Malta, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain existing client portfolios by conducting client meetings, overseeing the preparation of statutory documentation, and managing beneficial ownership information filings.
  • Prepare and submit inspections conducted by the Malta Business Registry.
  • Assist directors as necessary, including minute-taking and finalizing resolutions to document changes.
  • Administer bank/EMI account application forms and gather required due diligence documents for account opening.
  • Oversee the processing of bank transfers, manage clients’ accounts, and update records as needed.

Skills/Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, and trust administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and requirements pertaining to corporate entities and trusts in Malta.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.

Salary / Remuneration: 45,000 – 50,000 + health and life insurance, annual performance bonus,  summer working hours, parking.
