In the role of Client Relationship Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing a diverse portfolio of international clients. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal position positions you as the primary point of contact for clients with structures administered by the bank. Your duties will encompass nurturing and strengthening client relationships, as well as managing essential administrative tasks related to credit, loans, and corporate structures. Join forces with them to deliver consistently outstanding and professional service by seamlessly collaborating with various internal departments. You Will:

  • Creating and managing a client portfolio;
  • Marketing the bank’s products and services;
  • Strengthening customer relationships to achieve the bank’s goals for profitability and expansion;
  • Generating leads for potential clients;
  • Drafting documentation and credit proposals for managerial evaluation;
  • Managing security-related paperwork;
  • Examining financial documents such as accounts, business forecasts, and loan plans, and offering well-founded recommendations.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a bank. 
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Maltese language will be considered as an asset

Salary / Remuneration:

 €36,000 –  €40,000 DOE + annual bonus, private health insurance, parking, flexible working hours
