As an Internal Audit Team Lead, you will be part of a medium-sized team, making sure that the communication is super smooth. You will be given a thorough initial training by the Internal Audit Director, making sure you settle in and you are equipped to succeed with the organization.
In this Internal Audit Team Lead role, you will be guiding a small team that will allow you to enhance your leadership skills as well. You will be working from a state-of-the-art office, enjoying a flexi start, and making sure you have the tools to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You will be responsible for:
- The preparation of audit plans and establishing deadlines
- Preparation of reports
- Advising the board
- Leading a small team
Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or ACCA fully qualified
- Previous exposure to the retail/hospitality industry is a plus
- 2+years of experience in internal audit
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 50 000- 60 000-Depending on Experience+ Outstanding Benefits
