This Legal Counsel will join a reputable group of companies in Malta with a longstanding history of over 50 years. Due to recent developments in the group, the company is looking to expand its legal department offering career development opportunities for a driven lawyer looking to build an in-house career.
As a Legal Counsel, you will form part of an experienced team reporting to the Head of department. You will be offered training and guidance ongoingly as you start your journey and have exposure into a broad range of legal areas and complex intra-group projects offering great learning and development opportunities.

You will:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
- Provide legal advice within the group and to management on matters related to employment law, data protection, intellectual property, and consumer affairs;
- Analyse and identify legal risks and implement solutions to mitigate such risks;
- Keep updated on legal and regulatory developments to advice the group accordingly.
Experience:
- Warrant to practice as an Advocate in Malta
- 1+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 25,000 – 35,000 DOE
