This Legal Counsel will join a fast-growing international company with headquarters in Malta. Due to this growth, the company is expanding its legal department offering a highly dynamic and unique role with excellent prospects for career development and growth within corporate & commercial law.
You will closely collaborate with the General Counsel and be offered training, guidance and mentoring on your journey with the company. The GC is looking for curious individuals who are eager to grow and willing to learn, offering you an excellent environment for learning and development to boost your career growth.
This is a fantastic role if you would like to be part of an international company, have great exposure to increase your knowledge in various legal areas, and to play a key part in the growth and journey of the company over the coming years.
You will:
- Draft and review complex commercial agreements;
- Provide legal advice to the management;
- Structure and draft various transactions;
- Take care of ad-hoc legal matters that may arise.
Experience:
- Warranted lawyer in Malta
- 1+ years PQE, corporate & commercial law exposure is desired
- Excellent communication skills in English
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 35,000 – 45,000 DOE
