This Legal Manager will join a well-established and reputable professional services firm operating in multiple jurisdictions. At the moment the firm is seeking a hands-on legal manager to join the legal department offering clear career development opportunities internally to join senior management.
As Legal Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day service delivery of the legal department which focuses primarily on advisory work in a number of areas related to corporate, commercial, employment, IP, as well as maritime & aviation law. You will remain hands-on handling key client transactions as well as taking on more managerial duties offering you an in-demand skillset to propel your career upwards.
If you are an ambitious and business-minded lawyer with a track record in professional services and would like a clear cut career path to integrate yourself in senior management over the coming years, this is a great opportunity to take on and really sharpen your leadership skills.
You will:
- Provide ongoing legal and regulatory advice to senior management;
- Be responsible for a team of 5+ lawyers and their delivery as well as client relationships;
- Collaborate closely with senior management on spotting new opportunities to grow the team and the firm;
- Take on key-client projects and deliver high-quality work.
Experience:
- Warranted lawyer in Malta
- 4+ years PQE, experience in client servicing industry is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 55,000 – 65,000 DOE
