This company], a leading insurance provider renowned for its commitment to innovation and exceptional customer service, is in search of a dedicated Personal Assistant to support their CEO. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a top-tier insurance company. You will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications and scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Handle complex travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain and update confidential files and documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the CEO’s needs.

Experience:

  • at least 3 to 5 years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in both English and Maltese language

Salary/remuneration: 25- 32k plus benefits
