The role also entails collaboration with the Chief Executive – Europe, senior management, and the core team, involving various responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

 

You Will:

  • Provide an elevated level of customer service to clients and introducers/intermediaries in various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, telephone conversations, and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with clients, introducers/intermediaries, the claims unit, and/or underwriting to address clients’ claims or insurance needs.
  • Engage with and support the Finance Department by handling queries directly from clients and introducers/intermediaries.
  • Facilitate the collection of premium payments from all Personal Lines clients.
  • Manage daily cash transactions from clients and ensure a balanced record of entries by the close of each day.
  • Pursue clients and introducers/intermediaries for renewals, making relevant notes in the underwriting system.

Skills/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Applicants currently working towards obtaining a Diploma in CII, a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Insurance, or a Master of Arts in Insurance will receive preferential consideration.

Salary / Remuneration: 20,000 – 22,500  DOE + Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Performance Bonus, Summer Hours, Staff discount on our policies, Hybrid Working, Generous education & qualification awards, Employee Assistance Program
